Restaurant 1793 offers a rotating Four or Six- course chef's tasting menu that pairs elevated cuisine with a thoughtfully curated zero-proof beverage program and warm, attentive hospitality. For guests seeking an alternative to our Chef's Tasting Menu, we are pleased to offer a curated Cheese & Caviar Experience. This thoughtfully composed assortment of imported cheeses alongside premium caviar from King Caviar Farms is presented with traditional accompaniments and guided by Chef Chris, by reservation only. Guests may also enhance their experience with our extensive tea selection, zero-proof cocktails, and coffee service.

Our rotating four and six-course tasting menus may feature caviar, fresh seafood, homemade pastas, duck, Wagyu steak, and other fine meats along with a selection of cheeses sold tableside. Each dish is designed to showcase the best of the region while offering a refined, contemporary approach to American cuisine. We also offer a curated Tea progression to compliment either dining option to pair with each dish.
